Hello!
At Städade Hem we are currently looking for someone who is really good at most aspects of cleaning or has the ambition to become so.
This position will involve more than just regular home cleaning and no day will be like the other.
You need to imagine that one day you may quality assure a cleaning and later in the day visit to check a floor that has been scratched. Another day you might need to cover a standard cleaning before coming to the office to pick up/drop off a vacuum cleaner to hand over to a colleague in the field.
This role means you will be the spider in the web and you will have very close communication with your colleagues who manage the schedule.
Therefore, it is important that you are proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Your working hours will be between 8 am and 5 pm, but that said, some days may be quieter and others busier.
Our main focus for you reading this advert is that you can take responsibility and review what needs to be done today.
At Städade Hem we only do regular home cleaning and deep cleaning for existing customers. We are a professional cleaning team with about 80 colleagues and mainly work in Nacka and Värmdö but also cover other districts in Stockholm.

Working hours and schedule
Our working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. If you cannot work these hours, please do not apply for this job.
We would like you to
- Have previous experience of cleaning
- Enjoy working with service
- Be thorough and punctual
- Be able to work independently
- Have a positive attitude and be helpful to both customers and colleagues
- Have basic language skills in Swedish and English
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary, individual salary setting
- Collective agreement, Kommunal Hemservice
- Wellness allowance 5000 SEK
- Occupational pension 4.2%
- Travel between customers is a work task and is therefore included in the salary
- Full insurance (life, accident, and health insurance)
- 25 vacation days per year
- Events
- Paid petrol to and from work every day
