Vacancies
Hello!
At Städade Hem, we are currently looking for someone who is really skilled at most areas of cleaning or who has the ambition to become so.
This position will involve more than just ordinary home cleaning, and no day will be the same as another.
You need to picture yourself quality-checking a cleaning one day, and later in the day, going out to inspect a floor that has gotten scratched. The next day, you might need to cover a regular cleaning assignment, and then come to the office to pick up/drop off a vacuum cleaner to hand over to a colleague out in the field.
This role means you will be the hub of activity and have very close communication with your colleagues handling the schedule.
Therefore, you need to be proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Your working hours will be between 8:00 and 17:00, but that said, some days will be quieter while others busier.
Our "main focus" for you reading this advertisement is that you can take responsibility and assess what needs to be done on any given day.
At Städade Hem, we work exclusively with regular home cleaning and deep cleaning for existing customers. We are a professional cleaning team of about 80 colleagues and primarily operate in Nacka and Värmdö but also cover other districts in Stockholm.
If you feel this role suits you well and you love working with service, then we believe you should apply for this position!
Psst!
This position requires a valid driving licence.
Please consider your daily commute before applying. More than an hour to the office at Nacka Forum usually doesn't work in the long run.
You can get a car from us to use privately or only for work – you decide!
Working hours and schedule
Our working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. If you cannot work these hours, we kindly ask that you do not apply for this job.
We would like you to
- Have previous experience in cleaning
- Enjoy working with service
- Be thorough and punctual
- Be able to work independently
- Have a positive attitude and be helpful to both customers and colleagues
- Have basic language skills in Swedish and English
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary, individual wage setting
- Collective agreement, Kommunal Home Service
- Wellness allowance 5000 SEK
- Occupational pension 4.2%
- Travel between customers is a work task and thus included in the salary
- Full insurance (life, accident, and sickness insurance)
- 25 days' holiday per year
- Events
- Paid petrol to and from work every day
Do you want to join our team?
Then you are warmly welcome to send your application by email to rekrytering@stadadehem.se
The position will be filled once we have matched with the right person for the job.

Experience everyday life with us
Stort tack 🌟
