Home cleaning with wow service

Our goal is for the cleaning day to always be the best day of the week. The day when you get time for other things and say "wow!" when you open the door to your freshly cleaned home.

Simple

We make it easy to get started and ensure everything works smoothly even after the first cleaning.

Personalised

You meet the same cleaner who gets to know your home and your preferences.

Considerate

With environmentally friendly products, we take care of your home and the people in it.

Our Environmental Initiative

Clean at home with a clean environmental conscience

At Städade Hem, we want to take care of the planet as well as we take care of your home. Where possible, our employees travel by public transport and the schedule is optimised to reduce car journeys. In home cleaning, we use Nordic Swan Ecolabelled cleaning products that are gentle on the environment and environmentally labelled microfibre cloths that last up to 600 washes. In 2023, we started a project to make our vehicle fleet more environmentally friendly and make the company even more sustainable.

Work with us

Satisfied customers start with satisfied employees

The happier our staff are, the more satisfied you as a customer become. To be able to deliver world-class cleaning, we place great importance on finding the right employees. Service-oriented cleaning professionals who speak Swedish or English and have an eye for detail.

This is what it’s like to work with us

We take responsibility

We take responsibility for our tasks, keep our promises, and help each other succeed.

We care

We show respect for each other, our customers, and their homes. A friendly attitude and a smile are a natural part of our work.

Important Milestones

2016

24 h end of tenancy cleaning with borrowed vacuum cleaner

It all began in 2016 when childhood friends Oscar and Patrik borrowed a vacuum cleaner to carry out end of tenancy cleaning in a villa on Ingarö. The villa became as sparkling clean as it could be from cleaning nonstop for a whole day. Three months later, Städade Hems hired its first employee, Lotta – a true cleaning professional who is still active in the company today.

2017

Moving into Nacka Forum

Städade Hem is moving to Nacka Forum to get closer to our customers, which means more people in Nacka will become aware of our cleaning services.

2018

100 subscription customers

Städade Hem surpasses 100 active subscription customers, which gives us an even better understanding of what expectations customers have for our cleaning services.

2019

Signs collective agreements

With a growing company, responsibility grows. We sign collective agreements with Almega to be able to attract the best employees who can deliver the best cleaning experience.

2020

50 employees

Städade Hem now has 50 employees and has become one of the leading providers of domestic services in Nacka and Värmdö. We are moving into larger office premises.

2021

700 subscription customers

Städade Hem now has a total of 700 active subscription customers. Additionally, job applications are pouring in from our employees' former colleagues who have heard good things about us.

2022

DI Gasell

Städade Hem is awarded DI Gasell for our growth journey. We are moving to larger premises and the vehicle fleet surpasses 30 cars.

2023

Top rating at Creditsafe

For the eighth year in a row, Städade Hem is a recommended company by private individuals on Reco.se. The credit agency Creditsafe gives us the highest rating, which demonstrates a responsible company and security for employees and customers.

2024

Further Specialisation

During 2024, we made the decision to stop offering cleaning services to businesses in order to fully focus on and assist our private customers with cleaning help at home. We now only offer regular home cleaning and deep cleaning to our customers.

2025

1000+ subscription customers

Städade Hem surpasses 1000+ active subscription customers, and demand has gradually increased over the year. We are now also making our cleaning offer even simpler. Our customers now receive improved cancellation terms and cleaning materials are included for everyone, something that previously was part of our premium offer Home Cleaning Plus.

2026

Städade Hem turns 10 years

A simple idea that initially covered all cleaning services for both private individuals and businesses has now become a cleaning company that solely helps private individuals with regular home cleaning. We continue to develop the service to achieve our goal, to create the best day of the week for our customers.
