This applies regardless of whether you live in an apartment, villa, semi-detached house, or terraced house. This makes future home cleaning much easier, and as a customer, you can truly relax knowing that the limescale in the shower area is gone, the grout is clean, the oven shines, and the top of the fridge has been wiped down.

Yes, you have the same cleaner on all occasions. During holidays or illness, you will get a skilled substitute who has gone through the same recruitment process.
Of course, you can be at home during the cleaning appointment. Just remember to make it easier for the cleaner to do their job by, for example, moving to another room. With our safety procedures, you can feel secure if you choose not to be at home instead.
Of course! Our goal is for you as a customer to be satisfied with our work. If you have any comments, you are always welcome to contact us within 24 hours after the cleaning session.
Yes, we prioritise the safety of our customers and staff. Therefore, we have liability insurance through Trygg Hansa covering personal injury and property damage up to SEK 10 million.
We want you as a customer to feel secure with us and make a home visit to see which furniture/items/materials need to be handled with extra care. Should an accident still occur, we will notify you immediately and together find the best solution to replace or compensate. Our liability insurance via Trygg Hansa covers personal injury and property damage up to SEK 10 million.
Please specify which furniture/items/materials need to be handled with extra care during the home visit, so we can save the information in our business system. If you later purchase a new sensitive item or, for example, install a marble slab in the kitchen, inform your contact person at Städade Hem and we will add the information to the system.
If your cleaner becomes ill, you can choose to have a substitute, reschedule the cleaning to another day, or cancel the cleaning.
There are three secure ways for you to hand over the keys to us:
- Key box
Most of our customers set up a key box in a secret place. On the cleaning day they put the key in the box which the cleaner opens with a code.
- Leave the key with us
When you leave a key with us you receive a digital key receipt. The key is marked with a special number and therefore cannot be tracked.
- Digital lock
More and more people choose to install a digital lock that can be opened either with a code or a smartphone.

Since every customer’s home and wishes are different, we are happy to arrange a home visit so that you can decide if we are the right cleaning company for your home. The home visit is free, takes 20-30 minutes, and is non-binding.
During the visit, we look at furniture/materials that require extra careful handling and estimate how long the home cleaning will take. Aside from that, we go through the arrangement, explain how we work, and provide a quote.
There are certain costs that are not eligible for the RUT tax deduction and those are included in your service fee.
These include, for example, equipment, transport costs, and RUT administration.
The initial cleaning is the first cleaning we perform in your home. It often takes longer than subsequent home cleanings because we want to establish a good foundation. After the initial cleaning, we will call you to hear if you are satisfied or have any feedback for future cleanings.
