Since every customer’s home and wishes are different, we are happy to arrange a home visit so that you can decide if we are the right cleaning company for your home. The home visit is free, takes 20-30 minutes, and is non-binding.
During the visit, we look at furniture/materials that require extra careful handling and estimate how long the home cleaning will take. Aside from that, we go through the arrangement, explain how we work, and provide a quote.
There are certain costs that are not eligible for the RUT tax deduction and those are included in your service fee.
These include, for example, equipment, transport costs, and RUT administration.
The initial cleaning is the first cleaning we perform in your home. It often takes longer than subsequent home cleanings because we want to establish a good foundation. After the initial cleaning, we will call you to hear if you are satisfied or have any feedback for future cleanings.
Our hourly rate is 329 SEK after RUT. Our hourly rate includes all cleaning materials. In addition to the hourly rate, there is a service fee of 90 SEK per occasion.

You can choose to have your home cleaned twice a week, once a week, once every two weeks, or once every four weeks.
Yes, we prioritise the safety of our customers and staff. Therefore, we have liability insurance through Trygg Hansa covering personal injury and property damage up to SEK 10 million.
We want you as a customer to feel secure with us and make a home visit to see which furniture/items/materials need to be handled with extra care. Should an accident still occur, we will notify you immediately and together find the best solution to replace or compensate. Our liability insurance via Trygg Hansa covers personal injury and property damage up to SEK 10 million.
Please specify which furniture/items/materials need to be handled with extra care during the home visit, so we can save the information in our business system. If you later purchase a new sensitive item or, for example, install a marble slab in the kitchen, inform your contact person at Städade Hem and we will add the information to the system.
As a private individual, you are entitled to a tax reduction, also called the RUT deduction, for household-related services. This means that you only pay 50% of the labour cost on your invoice. We deduct the other half and handle the administration with the Swedish Tax Agency. All our prices are therefore displayed after the RUT deduction.
As a private individual, you can utilise 75,000 SEK in RUT deductions per year, and if there are several adults at the same address, you can combine your RUT deductions to get a higher limit.
