- Please tidy up so that we can easily reach the surfaces to be cleaned. If you don’t have time to tidy up, it’s no problem – we will do it for you. The visit will then take longer because we first tidy up before we can start cleaning.
Yes, you have the same cleaner on all occasions. During holidays or illness, you will get a skilled substitute who has gone through the same recruitment process.
Of course, you can be at home during the cleaning appointment. Just remember to make it easier for the cleaner to do their job by, for example, moving to another room. With our safety procedures, you can feel secure if you choose not to be at home instead.

You can choose to have your home cleaned twice a week, once a week, once every two weeks, or once every four weeks.
How quickly the cleaning service starts depends on our schedule, but normally we can begin cleaning within two weeks. If you want a quicker start, it is usually possible to arrange, but then we cannot guarantee that you will have the same cleaner on the first occasion as for future visits.
We bring professional cleaning materials to every cleaning, so you don’t have to worry about it. All the products we use are carefully selected and tested to provide the best results. The only thing you need to have at home is the vacuum cleaner and vacuum cleaner bags.
If your cleaner becomes ill, you can choose to have a substitute, reschedule the cleaning to another day, or cancel the cleaning.
